Letter from Governor Bush

Thank you for contacting Governor Bush to ask for his help in the case of Terri Schiavo. He has asked me to respond on his behalf.

The Governor shares your concern for this young woman and has pledged to do whatever he can within the laws of Florida to protect her life. The next few weeks will be very difficult ones for Ms. Schiavo, her family and all of those who care about her. The Governor asks that you keep her and her family in your prayers during this difficult time.

Again, thank you for writing Governor Bush about this important issue.

Sincerely,
L. O’Connor

The courts, both state and federal, have overstepped their respective constitutional powers, much to the dismay and rapid erosian of the executive and legislative powers. If you do not act, who needs you, as Executive Leader, to head up the Florida Governmentand its Constitution which is suppose to uphold citizens` rights? The pursuit of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness should be protected by all, in spite of the " unreasonable aggressiveness of the courts". Do something innovative to save Terri Schiavo or go down in history as a "cream puff". Respectfully, Emilio M. Cinelli, registered Florida voter, father , husband and humanitarian.
